河南裕荣包装新材料有限公司位于“焦裕禄精神”发源地—兰考县，是响应习近平主席2009年视察兰考时关于“大力弘扬焦裕禄精神，建设科学发展先进县”指示精神，按照河南省委省政府“十强县帮扶兰考”有关工作部署而投资成立，公司占地面积100亩，注册资金8000万元，主要经营高档彩色印刷、图文设计、制版、包装材料销售及相关业务，具有年印刷各类卷烟装潢100万大箱的生产能力。

Henan Yurong Packaging New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Lankao County, the birthplace of the Jiao Yulu Spirit.
